Simio - Fall 2022 Competition

Using Simio software, my team and I worked on optimizing a soccer stadium using various data analysis tools and linear regression models. We had to interpret limited information about the stadium behavior to create and optimal simulation model and further improve queuing times. 

Tools such as Excel and StatFit were used to extract useful data and model accurately.

A final project for a systems simulation course using time studies, data analysis and data fitting to optimize a real world queue using Simio Software.

Using my local Chipotle known for absurd wait times, I modeled the real life restaurant to pinpoint inefficient points in the system. Various optimized models were made including reduction in cost and wait times.
