Sebastian Anda

Sebastian is currently  a linecook at Somaek in Boston, MA.  When not working he enjoys photography, hiking, and eating out.

Working at Somaek, he helps run the gare manger program with sous chef Tong Lee.  While working at Somaek, the restaurant has received numerous accolades including best new restaurant from the New York Times, and is currently a semi-finalist for the James Beard award for Best New Restaurant.

Sebastian graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the University of Central Florida in Fall of 2023.
